Dr. Calkins is a Bank of America Excellence Professor for the Department of Human Development & Family Studies and the Department of Psychology at UNC-Greensboro. Her research interests include social and emotional development in infancy and early childhood. She currently has four ongoing collaborative research projects that involve following young children and their families to better understand early development.

Dr. Keane is a professor of Psychology and the Director of Clinical Training and the Psychology Clinic and UNC-Greensboro. Her research interests include childhood psychopathology and children's social relationships, parent-child interaction, and the etiology, assessment, and treatment of peer rejection and neglect.

Dr. Shanahan is a professor of Psychology at UNC-Chapel Hill. Her research interests include family systems and developmental psychopathology in middle childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood.

Dr. O’Brien is a professor of Human Development & Family Studies, Director of Family Research Center, and Associate Dean for Research of the School of Human Environmental Science at UNC-Greensboro. Her research interests include parenting, child care, and children's social and cognitive development.

Dr. Dollar is a Postdoctoral Fellow with the RIGHT Track Project at UNC-Greensboro. Her research interests include the role of children's emotional reactivity and regulation within the context of the caregiving environment in shaping children’s trajectories toward psychological and social adjustment.
